Terms of Use

BunnyNotes is a web application that allows you to record and monitor the health of your pet rabbits. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Nothing in BunnyNotes constitutes veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for any medical decision regarding your pet.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are 16 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to disable any account that we reasonably believe has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Use BunnyNotes for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Scrape or harvest data from the service without prior written consent.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

You retain all ownership rights to the health data and other content you enter into BunnyNotes. By submitting content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display it solely to provide the service to you. We will never sell or share your content with third parties for marketing purposes.

BunnyNotes and all its components — including the source code, design, logo, and written content — are owned by Dávid Kromka and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without prior written permission.

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. BunnyNotes is a supplementary tool and does not replace professional veterinary care.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BunnyNotes and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or harm to your pet arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months (or €10 if you have made no payment).

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if continuing to provide the service would expose us or other users to legal or security risk. Upon termination your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bratislava, Slovakia, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may revise these Terms at any time. If a change is material we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email before it takes effect. Your continued use of BunnyNotes after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
